1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph868 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the ph868 website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph868 ("ph868," "we," "us," or "our").

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph868, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ph868 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your ph868 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ph868 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and Philippine passport.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph868 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph868 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ph868 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where ph868 has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 are not satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph868 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph868 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by ph868 on standard transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• ph868 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph868 wallet instantly.
• ph868 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• ph868 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• ph868 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph868 is not responsible.
• ph868 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph868 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

• Bonuses are credited to your ph868 account automatically upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• ph868 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph868 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for famil iarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

All games on the ph868 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. ph868 does not manipulate game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panel.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ph868's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. ph868's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph868 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ph868 Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false or assumed identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the ph868 Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the ph868 Platform through your payment provider.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ph868 Platform in place of a human player.

• Engaging in any conduct that ph868 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ph868 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph868 Platform, including but not limited to the ph868 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph868 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph868 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph868 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ph868 content.
• Use any ph868 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph868 Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of ph868 intellectual property may result in legal action. ph868 actively enforces its intellectual property rights under applicable Philippine and international law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph868 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph868 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph868's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph868 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph868 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph868 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph868's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any bonus funds held in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements or legal holds.
